Very tough base coat; not UV-stable on its own, so it's topcoated.
Aliphatic
UV-stable topcoat that holds color and gloss.
Where urethane shines

Tradeoffs
Urethane typically costs more and has more odor during application than water-based acrylic, so we plan around occupied buildings.
Prep is the job
Every coating fails at the same places: dirty or wet substrate, open seams and loose fasteners. We clean, dry-check, repair and prime before a drop of topcoat goes down, and we photograph each step. Every inspection comes with a free digital photo report, so you see what we see.
Commercial warranty: a 10-year transferable workmanship warranty, plus 10- to 20-year NDL (no-dollar-limit) manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer coverage depends on the product and brand, and on the project qualifying for that manufacturer's program. We put the exact warranty for your roof in writing.
