Colors and Cool Roof
DaVinci offers dozens of standard blends plus "Cool Roof" colors that reflect more sun, worth a look on west-facing Texas slopes. We bring full-size samples to your house.
Installation
- Minimum pitch and exposure depend on the line. Some slate lines allow lower slopes at reduced exposure.
- Underlayment, starter, hip and ridge per DaVinci's instructions

Insurance
Texas insurers must offer a premium credit for UL 2218 impact-rated roofs, but each company sets its own amount, and Class 4 earns the largest. We can't promise a discount; ask your insurer for their figure in writing. After a qualifying install we fill out TDI Form PC068 for you.
