TPO vs. Modified Bitumen vs. Roof Coating

We install all three, so here's an honest comparison for flat and low-slope roofs in North Texas.

Our rule of thumb

  1. If the existing roof is dry and mostly sound, look at a coating first
  2. If it's failing and has light traffic, TPO
  3. If people and equipment are on it often, mod bit
  4. Grease or chemicals? PVC
