Metal, specialty shingles and full siding replacement in Graford
From our Bridgeport office we take on whole-roof and whole-house projects in Graford and across Palo Pinto County. Homes open to wind off the water are good candidates for standing seam, which has no exposed fasteners across the roof field, and on any roof we plan how the edges and ridges are fastened.
- Specialty and designer shingles. Designer and luxury shingles and slate-look and shake-look shingles for homes where the roof is part of the look.
- Standing seam and other metal. 26-gauge standing seam, plus 26-gauge R-panel, stone-coated steel and metal shingles and tile. We form our standing seam panels in-house on our own roll formers and standing seam machine, and our own crew installs them.
- Premium shingle systems. Impact-rated shingle systems from the manufacturers we're certified with (GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning and Atlas). Class 3 is our minimum and Class 4 is available, with TDI Form PC068 for your insurer. Credits vary by company.
- Full siding replacement. Whole-house siding replacement, done with the roof, gutters, soffit and fascia in one project when you want everything to match.
Snow Roofing & Exteriors is A+ rated on the BBB. We do repair leaks and storm damage near Graford too, and if a repair is all your roof needs, we'll tell you that first. See storm & hail inspections.
About Graford
Graford is on State Highway 254 midway between Graham and Weatherford, which is where its name comes from. George Bevers surveyed a homestead at Flat Rock Crossing on Big Keechi Creek in 1854, and his home became a stopping place on the Fort Belknap-Weatherford road. It's near Possum Kingdom Lake.
Census estimates put Graford at about 742 residents in 2025, up about 10% from the 2020 base of 673.
Weather near Graford
NOAA lists no hail of 1.75 inches (golf-ball size) or larger within about 10 miles of Graford from 2016 through September 2026. It does list 6 smaller reports, the largest 1.25-inch hail on April 21, 2018. Spotter reports are thinner in rural areas, so the record undercounts what actually fell.
NOAA also lists 1 tornado report within about 10 miles, the strongest an EF3 on March 21, 2022.
Hail falls in narrow swaths, so a neighbor's roof can be fine while yours isn't. A free on-roof inspection with photos is the reliable way to know. See storm & hail inspections.
Certified with GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, and Atlas. We photograph what we find on the roof, and if you file an insurance claim we meet your adjuster there. Texas law requires you to pay your deductible, and we never waive it.
