What Sika offers
- Sikalastic liquid-applied membranes
- Sarnafil PVC single-ply membranes
Product names, ratings and features are as published by the manufacturer and can change. We confirm the current rating and warranty of the exact product before we order it.
Where Sika fits
Sika fits complex roofs with lots of penetrations, where a fully adhered liquid membrane removes seams, and PVC projects.
Prep is the job
Every coating fails at the same places: dirty or wet substrate, open seams and loose fasteners. We clean, dry-check, repair and prime before a drop of topcoat goes down, and we photograph each step. Every inspection comes with a free digital photo report, so you see what we see.
Compare chemistries: silicone, acrylic, urethane, or go back to all roof coatings.
Commercial warranty: a 10-year transferable workmanship warranty, plus 10- to 20-year NDL (no-dollar-limit) manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer coverage depends on the product and brand, and on the project qualifying for that manufacturer's program. We put the exact warranty for your roof in writing.
Certified, with 30 years installing every major roofing brand, a family roofing business going back 75 years, and over $80 million in completed roofing projects. 5.0 stars on Google at all three of our offices.
