Add-ons
Infrared moisture scans find wet insulation you can't see from the surface. Drone photos give an overall view and document roofs that are hard to walk.
Portfolios and campuses
Blake Snow has done roof consulting and large-loss consulting for colleges, schools, government facilities, air bases and casinos, on projects ranging from about 400,000 to 5,000,000 square feet. For multi-building portfolios we use one report format across every roof, so you can rank them and plan capital spending year by year.
Who we work for: Blake consults for insurance carriers and for building owners, and takes appraisal and umpire assignments for both carriers and policyholders, on residential and commercial property.
Ask about a consulting engagement or call (817) 733-9228. Tell us the property type, roof size and what decision you need to make, and we'll tell you what kind of report fits.
