Why a roofer-consultant
Blake is a third-generation roofer from a family roofing business going back 75 years. He has installed and repaired the systems he evaluates: TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, metal, coatings, and steep-slope shingle, tile, slate and synthetic roofs. That hands-on background shapes how he reads damage, ages a roof and writes a scope that a contractor can actually build.
Our team includes an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot and staff trained in thermal (infrared) imaging.
Consulting is separate from our contracting work. When we're hired as an assessor, appraiser or umpire, our job is the report, not selling a roof.
Who we work for: Blake consults for insurance carriers and for building owners, and takes appraisal and umpire assignments for both carriers and policyholders, on residential and commercial property.
Ask about a consulting engagement or call (817) 733-9228. Tell us the property type, roof size and what decision you need to make, and we'll tell you what kind of report fits.
