Panels formed for the job
We install every type of metal roof: standing seam (snap-lock and mechanically seamed), concealed fastener, R-panel, PBR, AG panel and stone-coated steel.
- R-panel / PBR: the economical exposed-fastener standard for metal buildings.
- Standing seam: concealed fasteners for buildings where leaks and appearance matter most.
- 24 or 26 gauge: we offer both and match the gauge to the building. Panels run full length on our own roll formers, so long buildings get continuous panels with no end laps.
Old screw-down roof? Your options
- Repair: replace fasteners and washers, reseal laps and trim, when the panels are sound.
- Restore: a coating system over sound metal. See metal roof coating.
- Re-roof over the existing metal with new panels.
- Tear off and re-roof with new full-length panels.
We'll show you photos and price each option that genuinely makes sense for your building. We match existing panels as closely as we can, but we never promise an exact color match on faded metal.
Low-slope sections
Not every commercial roof should be metal. On flat and low-slope sections we install TPO, modified bitumen or a coating, depending on the building. See TPO and modified bitumen.
Keeping your business open
We phase the work around you, section by section and around business hours or tenants, so the building keeps operating. We provide certificates of insurance before work starts. We've handled everything from roughly $1,000 repairs to multi-million-dollar projects.

Drone inspections and thermal scans
Along with walking the roof, we fly drone inspections to photograph slopes and areas that are hard to reach safely. We also run drone thermal (infrared) scans, which show temperature differences across the roof and help us find where water has gotten in under the surface, before it shows up as a ceiling stain. On large commercial and flat roofs, a thermal scan helps pinpoint wet areas so repairs go where they're needed.
Commercial roof maintenance packages
We offer commercial roof maintenance packages built around your building. What goes into a package depends on the roof system, its age and its condition, so we look at the roof first and then put together a plan that fits it, rather than selling one fixed package to every building.
Commercial warranty: a workmanship warranty from 10 years up to lifetime, depending on the job, plus 10- to 20-year NDL (no-dollar-limit) manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer coverage depends on the product and brand, and on the project qualifying for that manufacturer's program. We put the exact warranty for your roof in writing.
