A leak into a unit is a resident problem the same day. We offer same-day response in almost every case, and we answer leak and storm calls 24/7. We tarp or make a temporary repair first, then trace the leak to its source. On flat sections, a drone thermal scan helps find wet insulation before it spreads.
After hail or wind
We inspect and document every building on the property, so ownership has the full picture before deciding on a claim. We document the damage with photos and measurements. We don't adjust or negotiate claims; you work the claim with your insurance company. See commercial hail claims.
