Built for how churches decide
Most churches don't have one person who can sign off on a roof. A committee studies it, a board or the congregation votes, and the money may come from reserves, a capital campaign or an insurance claim. We set up the proposal for that:
- Photo condition report for each building, with problem areas marked. Every inspection comes with a free digital photo report, so you see what we see.
- Options side by side: repair now, restore, or replace, and what each one buys you
- Phasing: if the budget won't cover the whole campus, we tell you which roof should go first and why
- Someone to answer questions: we can walk the roof with your committee or facilities volunteer
Working around services
- No loud tear-off during services; we schedule around your calendar, including weddings and funerals
- Walkways, entries and play areas protected and cleaned daily
- Daycare and school hours planned into the schedule and the staging area
- Stained glass, steeples, towers and crosses noted in the quote, with how we will protect or reach them
Leaks first, then the plan
A leak over the sanctuary doesn't mean the whole roof is done. We trace leaks to the source, which on churches is often a valley, wall flashing, tower base or a flat-to-steep transition. We walk the roof, fly a drone for photos of areas that are hard to reach safely, and run drone thermal (infrared) scans that help show where water has gotten under the surface. We offer same-day response in almost every case, and we answer leak and storm calls 24/7.
After hail or wind
Church campuses are big targets in a hailstorm. We inspect every building, document what we find and can be there when your adjuster inspects. We document the damage with photos and measurements. We don't adjust or negotiate claims; you work the claim with your insurance company. See commercial roof hail claims.
We're certified with Johns Manville, GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning and Atlas. Manufacturer NDL (no-dollar-limit) warranties, such as a 20-year NDL, are available depending on the product and the warranty purchased, and are issued after the manufacturer's own inspection.
Other building types: warehouses · apartments · HOAs · strip malls. Back to commercial roofing.
Commercial warranty: a workmanship warranty from 10 years up to lifetime, depending on the job, plus 10- to 20-year NDL (no-dollar-limit) manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer coverage depends on the product and brand, and on the project qualifying for that manufacturer's program. We put the exact warranty for your roof in writing.
