Commercial roofs in a working town
Bridgeport's commercial buildings work hard: shops and yards along the highway, metal buildings serving the oil, gas and aggregate trades, offices, churches and retail. Most have either a low-slope membrane roof or a metal roof, and many have both. We work on both, and we'll tell you which one your building needs.
Systems we install and repair
TPO
Single-ply white membrane for low-slope roofs. Reflective and heat-welded seams.
TPO →Modified bitumen
Multi-ply, tough under foot traffic, and a good fit for many older buildings.
Mod-bit →Commercial metal
Standing seam and R-panel for metal buildings, shops and warehouses.
Commercial metal →Coatings
Silicone and other restoration coatings when the roof is a good candidate.
Coatings →PVC
Single-ply option for chemical or grease exposure.
PVC →EPDM
Repairs and replacement on existing rubber roofs.
EPDM →Weighing your options? Read TPO vs. modified bitumen vs. coating.
Repair, restore or replace: an honest assessment
Not every leaking commercial roof needs to be replaced. We look at the membrane, seams, flashings, drains and insulation, then tell you plainly which of three options fits:
- Repair when the problem is local, like a failed seam, a flashing or a curb.
- Restore with a coating when the roof is sound and dry underneath.
- Replace when wet insulation or a worn-out membrane makes anything else a waste of money.
Every inspection comes with a free digital photo report, so you see what we see. The report is built so you can hand it to an owner, a board or an insurer.
Metal buildings and shops
Many Bridgeport commercial roofs are metal buildings. We re-screw, reseal and re-flash existing roofs. We also replace failing panels with 26-gauge steel and can re-roof with new panels formed in-house. Coatings are an option when the panels are still sound.
Leaks don't wait for business hours
A leak over inventory, equipment or a congregation is an emergency. We answer storm and leak calls 24/7, so call (817) 733-9228 any time. We'll stop the water first, then document the cause.
Storm damage on commercial property
After hail like the 2.75-inch stones NOAA recorded at the Bridgeport airport in May 2025, commercial roofs need a close look. Membrane bruising and fractured flashings don't always show from the ground. Texas law requires you to pay your insurance deductible, and a contractor may not waive, absorb or rebate it. We never will. We also aren't public adjusters: we document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and build our scope from what we actually find.
Warranties
Commercial jobs get a 10-year transferable workmanship warranty, and qualifying projects can carry 10- to 20-year NDL (no-dollar-limit) manufacturer warranties, depending on the system and the manufacturer's program.
