Repair, restore or replace
Not every leaking commercial roof needs to be replaced. We look at the membrane, seams, flashings, drains and insulation, then tell you plainly which of three options fits:
- Repair when the problem is local, like a failed seam, a flashing or a curb.
- Restore with a coating when the roof is sound and dry underneath.
- Replace when wet insulation or a worn-out membrane makes anything else a waste of money.
Every inspection comes with a free digital photo report, so you see what we see. The report is built so you can hand it to an owner, a board or an insurer. We provide certificates of insurance for property managers who need them before work starts, and we phase jobs section by section around business hours or tenants.
Metal buildings and shops

Hail and emergency leaks
NOAA's Storm Events Database lists 69 reports of hail 1.75 inches or larger within about 10 miles of Frisco from 2016 through September 2026, the largest 4.5-inch hail on March 24, 2019 near Allen.
